The purchased products will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order (in Spain) in the approximate period of 24/48 hours – working days from the order confirmation. Outside Spain, the delivery time is 5-6 days. In sales or promotions, deliveries may be delayed 7-8 days. There will not be deliveries on Saturdays. The sale of the articles of our online store is available in the following countries: Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, The Netherlands, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal (except Madeira and Azores Islands), Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden.

The published prices in the web are in euros and include the corresponding VAT. Moreover, they will fully valid unless evident error.

Shipping is free in Spain and Portugal when the amount of the order is over 39.90 €. For orders of a lower amount there will be a shipping cost of 3.95 €.
If shipments are made outside Spain and Portugal will have a shipping and return cost of 5 €.

Shipments to Balearic Islands will have a shipping and returns costs of 8 €. In Europe the shipping and return costs is €5.

We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard credit cards. The payment will be done through the 100% secure payment gateway Servired. In xtistore.com we use a “secure payment” system through payment gateways with encoded data. This guarantees the security of your data. We do not handle nor store bank details. Aforesaid details are processed by the banks on where we redirect the payment of your purchases.

We can also choose the PayPal option as a payment method. You will only need to introduce the details of your PayPal account to where you will be redirected in the last step of the purchasing process. The order to cash will be charged to your account before the delivery of the goods. In turn, you will be able to exchange your Xti coins and/or gift card in the same section.

Moreover we also accept as payment method the cash on delivery. Orders with cash on delivery conditions can not exceed 100 €.

The company offers you a period of 15 calendar days from the reception date of your order to return your purchase without the need of alleging any reasons.

The returns of orders of an amount lower than 39,90 € will have a cost of 3.95 €, only in Spain, that will be deducted from your credit note. In Europe, will have a cost of €5.

You additionally have the option to complete and electronically send the desisting form or any other unequivocal declaration through our website XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU with VAT number B73961971 with registered office at POL. If you choose this option, we will inform you without delay in a long-lasting format (for example, by e-mail) the reception of the aforesaid desisting before the corresponding period expires. 

Consequences of the desisting

In case of desisting from your side, we will return you all the received payments from you, included the shipping costs (with the exception of additional expenses resulting of the election from your side of a different delivery modality different from the cheapest delivery modality that we offer) without any delays and, in any case, not more than 15 natural days from the date you inform us about the decision of desisting of the present contract. We will proceed to effect the aforesaid reimbursement using the the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly declare the opposite; in any cases, it will not incur any expenses as consequence of the reimbursement. We can withhold the reimbursement until we receive the goods, or until you have presented a proof their return, depending on which condition happens first. 

You must return or directly deliver the goods at XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU, with VAT number B73961971 with registered office at POL. IND. LAS TERESAS – C/MIGUEL SERVET. 15 P2. PO BOX 710, without further delay and, in any cases, in less than 15 natural days from the date you inform us about the decision of desisting of the present contract. It will be considered as fulfilled if the goods are delivered before the aforesaid period expires. You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

Only you will be responsible of the diminution of the value of the goods resulting of an abnormal handling to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Normative basis

Art. 97.1.i) LGDCU

The present general sales conditions will be applied to all product sales carried out in Spain by XD EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU, with VAT Number B73961971 with destination to final consumers. 

Any orders placed to XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU through its online store, named Xti Store, necessarily implies the acceptance of the present sales conditions, that might be modified for subsequent orders. 

The renunciation of the company to execute the rights confered by these conditions in any case will not imply the renunciation to its exercise in subsequent occasions.

The notifications will be sent in writing and by email.

Privacy policy according to the Data Protection Law. XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU commits to not use the personal data provided by their customers and users for purposes other than the trading and to adopt the necessary measures to protect their confidentiality. 

Both parties are subject to Alicante Courts with a renunciation to the regional code of laws that may correspond to them. 

At Xtistore, we manage the waste generated by our products in France under authorisation number FR218556_11MVZF.
