Returns have a cost of 5 € which will be deducted from the amount to be paid.

To make a return contact us at devoluciones@xtistore.es and we will send you a label to deliver it to the nearest UPS point. 

It is not possible to change size or color. 

Place the items to be returned in their original packaging. The box must always be protected with a wrapper.

Refund time is 10-15 days.
