CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
PRODUCTS
Please note that the photographs and descriptions of the products are for information purposes only.
The products presented on the website are always subject to availability. The company will ensure that the products advertised are in stock. However, the online shop cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if, in exceptional cases, your order is not available for any reason or the item cannot be delivered due to force majeure, riots or strikes (especially of means of transport). In this case, you may choose to replace the product or to have your payment refunded.
The products purchased will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order (always within the national territory) within approximately 48/72 working days from the acceptance of the order. For orders placed with the Collection Point Delivery option, the delivery time may be delayed up to 7 days. For deliveries to Portugal and other countries, except Spain, the delivery time may be delayed by up to 5 days. During sales or promotional periods, orders may be delayed and may be delivered within 4-5 days. No deliveries will be made on Saturdays. The sale of the articles of our online shop is contemplated in the following countries: Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands), Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal (except Madeira and Azores Islands), Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden.
The purchase invoice can be downloaded from the customer's ‘my account’ section. The company is not responsible if you have provided an incorrect address or if the order is not picked up at the address specified by you.
PRICES
The prices published on the website are in euros and include the corresponding VAT. Furthermore, they will be fully valid unless there is a manifest error.
The offers will be shown in the ‘Outlet’ section or will be indicated in the product file. Here you will be able to see the current price and the previous price.
The price of the product will be increased by the cost of shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice (changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed).
(In the event of a computer, manual, technical or other error that may result in a price change, you will be notified as soon as possible, giving you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you have already paid for your order (but it has not yet been delivered), you will receive a full refund.
DELIVERY COSTS
Deliveries are free of charge in Spain and Portugal when the customer selects a delivery point. For home deliveries, shipping costs will be free when the amount of the order exceeds 39.90 €. For orders of a lower amount, there will be a shipping cost of 3.95 € if the delivery is at the customer's address.
If shipments are made outside Spain and Portugal will have a shipping and return cost of 5 €.
PAYMENT
CARD PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payment is made through the 100% secure Servired payment gateway. At xtistore.com we use a “secure payment” system through payment gateways with data encryption. This guarantees the security of your data. We do not handle or store bank details. These data are processed by the banks to which we redirect the payments of your purchases.
PAYPAL
You can also choose PayPal as your payment method. You will only have to enter the details of your PayPal account to which you will be redirected in the final step of the purchase process. The payment order will be charged to your account before delivery of the goods. At the same time, you can redeem your Xti coins and/or gift card in the same section.
BIZUM
To be able to use Bizum as an online payment method: If you do not have it yet, you must request a new password from your bank's app. It is a unique 4-digit password, similar to a card PIN, if you do not have it yet, the system will guide you to your bank's app. In our checkout process, you must select the Bizum option, enter the phone number and the Bizum key. The bank will then send a code that must be entered to validate the purchase. Once the payment is authorized, the amount will be debited from the associated bank account.
CASH ON DELIVERY
Payment will be made in cash at the time of delivery of the order, through the transport company, in euros and accepting only cash amounts, not being able to make the payment using other means.
RETURNS

Returns in Spain are free and for countries outside Spain will be 5 € which will be deducted from the amount to be paid.
In the event that you had to pay shipping costs at the time of purchase, these costs will not be reimbursed in case of return.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days without justification from the day you received the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal you have the option to complete and send electronically the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement through our website XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU, with Tax Identification Code B73961971 with registered office at POL. IND. LAS TERESAS - C/MIGUEL SERVET. 15 P2. PO BOX 710, Tlf: 968 718 313 - info@xtistore.com. If you make use of this option, we will inform you without delay on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) of the receipt of such withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to effect such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU, with Tax Identification Code B73961971 with registered office at POL. IND. LAS TERESAS - C/MIGUEL SERVET. 15 P2. PO BOX 710, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired. You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

GENERAL
These general conditions of sale shall apply to all sales of products made in Spain by XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU, with Tax Identification Code B73961971 to final consumers.
Any order placed with XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU through its online store, called Xti Store, necessarily implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, which may be modified for subsequent orders.
The sales period is established from January 3 to March 1 in the winter season and from June 26 to August 31 in the summer season. *There may be variations of dates depending on available stock. Outside the sales period there may be models with discounts for specific promotions.
The waiver of the company to exercise the rights granted by these conditions in any case does not imply the waiver of its exercise on subsequent occasions.
XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION S.L.U. reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason it deems appropriate, as well as to cancel an order in the event that the product is not available, the billing information is incorrect or unverifiable. In the aforementioned cases of cancellation, the responsibility of XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION S.L. will be limited to the reimbursement of the amount received for the order in the case that it has been confirmed, without being responsible for any other damage that may be claimed due to the cancellation.
These conditions may be subject to change, it will be your responsibility to review the terms periodically as those in force will be applied. The order, in any case, is the offer that is made to the company and that is perfected with the acceptance of this one. Notwithstanding the foregoing, an order may not be served at the discretion of the company if the company deems that circumstances exist to do so.
Notifications will be made in writing and by e-mail.
Privacy policy according to the Data Protection Act. XDC EUROPE DISTRIBUTION, SLU undertakes not to use the data provided by its customers and users for purposes other than contracting and take all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of these.
Both parties submit to the Courts of Alicante with waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
In Xtistore we carry out the correct management of the waste generated by our products in France with authorization number: FR218556_11MVZF.
WARRANTY
Products purchased through the Online Store are covered by a two-year legal guarantee against non-conformity in accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). XTI STORE does not provide any commercial warranty in addition to the strictly legal one. All product descriptions, information and materials contained in this On-line Store application are provided “as is” and without express, implied or otherwise implied warranties.
Our articles are characterized by their continuous use and, therefore, their warranty is governed exclusively by Royal Decree 1507/2000 in cases of manufacturing defects. In the event that a product in warranty period presents a defect of this type, the warranty covers repair at no cost to the consumer, replacement with a new item or refund of the amount paid, according to our assessment. However, it is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper care, negligence, improper washing, normal wear and tear or the natural process of degradation of fabrics and colors.
OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that you have the right to request with us an out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes accessible through the Internet address https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.trader.register.
The parties submit, at their option, for the resolution of disputes and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the domicile of the user.

By using this website and placing orders through it you agree to:
