You can check the status of your order in your user account. However, if your order has been placed correctly, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or add us as a contact to ensure that all our emails are received correctly. It may also be the case that you entered your email address incorrectly when placing the order. You can check the status of your order in your user account. You will also receive an email indicating that your order has been placed correctly. When the order leaves our facilities, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes a tracking number so that you can know its status at all times.

Items are checked before being shipped. If for any reason you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@xtistore.com and we will inform you of the steps to follow.
We accept payment with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payment is made through Servired's 100% secure payment gateway. This payment gateway uses data encryption to ensure your security. We do not manage or store bank details, but rather they are processed by the banks to which we redirect payments for your purchases.
You can choose PayPal as a payment method. You will only have to enter your PayPal account details to which you will be redirected in the final step of the purchase process. At the same time, you can redeem your Xti coins to obtain discounts.
You also have the option to pay by cash on delivery.
If your order payment has not been completed successfully, we recommend that you try again, making sure that you have all the required data (some entities require an exclusive pin for online purchases or a coordinate card), this is the only thing we can do since we do not handle or store your card data at any time. You can receive it at any address you want; whether it be your home, work, etc., never at a PO Box.
Once the order has been placed, it will be processed. The estimated time for this process is 24/48 hours. During sales or promotion periods, orders may be delayed and you may receive them within 3-4 days.
Shipping and returns are free when the purchase amount exceeds €39.90.
If the purchase amount is less than €39.90, there will be a shipping cost of €3.95

We are sorry, but items purchased at www.xtistore.com cannot be returned or exchanged at Xti outlets, they can only be processed through the purchased channel.
The company offers you a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchase without having to give any reason. If the reason for the return is due to defects in the product or if it does not correspond to the item(s) ordered in the online store, the company will be responsible for all the costs of the exchange or, if you so request, will refund the amount previously paid as soon as possible after receiving the return.
VERY IMPORTANT: We recommend that you do not destroy your original shipping packaging until you are sure that you are not going to make an exchange or return.
The deadline for any exchange/return is 15 calendar days from receipt of the shipment.
If the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal and returns the goods, the purchase price must be returned no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal is communicated and may be retained (30 days maximum) until the consumer presents proof that they have been sent back.
