We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payment is made through Servired's 100% secure payment gateway. This payment gateway uses data encryption to guarantee your security. We do not handle or store bank details; they are processed by the banks to which we redirect your purchase payments.
You can choose PayPal as a payment method. You will only need to enter your PayPal account details, to which you will be redirected in the final step of the purchase process.
You also have the option to pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bizum, and installment payments with Sequra.
If your order payment has not been completed successfully, we recommend that you try again, making sure that you have all the required data (some entities require an exclusive pin for online purchases or a coordinate card), this is the only thing we can do since we do not handle or store your card data at any time. You can receive it at the address you prefer, whether it's your home, workplace, etc., or at an Inpost drop-off point.
Once the order has been placed, it will be processed. The estimated time for this process is 24/48 hours. During sales or promotion periods, orders may be delayed and you may receive them within 3-4 days.
Shipping and returns are free. For home deliveries, if the purchase amount is less than €39.95, there will be a charge of €3.95.
The first return or exchange is free; if you make a second return or exchange, there will be a charge of €3.95.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
You can make an exchange as long as the item has not been used and arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition. The exchange period is 30 days. Exchanges are only valid in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. The first exchange will be free; if you need to make a second exchange, it will cost €3.95.
Once requested, a collection will be arranged, and the carrier will collect the item you wish to exchange and immediately deliver the item you are exchanging for.
If you had to pay shipping costs at the time of purchase, these costs will not be refunded in case of a return.

RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return your order as long as the item has not been used and arrives at our warehouse in perfect condition. The return period is 30 days.
Once we receive your return at our facilities, you will receive the refund within a period not exceeding 15 calendar days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
If you had to pay shipping costs at the time of purchase, these costs will not be refunded in case of a return.
In the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the first return will be free; if you need to make a second return, it will cost €3.95.
To return orders shipped outside Spain, you must contact us for instructions on how to proceed. Returns from outside Spain will have a cost of €4.95, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

We are sorry, but items purchased at www.xtistore.com cannot be returned or exchanged at Xti outlets, they can only be processed through the purchased channel.
The company offers you a period of 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return your purchase without needing to provide any reason. If the reason for the return is due to product defects or does not match the item(s) ordered from the online store, the company will cover all costs of the exchange or, if you request it, will refund the amount previously paid as soon as possible, after receiving the returned item.
VERY IMPORTANT: We recommend that you do not destroy your original shipping packaging until you are sure you will not be making an exchange or return.
The deadline for any exchange/return is 30 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment.
The return period is 7-10 days.
If the consumer exercises their right of withdrawal and returns the goods, the purchase price must be refunded no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the withdrawal is communicated and may be withheld (maximum 30 days) until the consumer provides proof that they have sent them back.
