Integrated Management System Policy
The Management of XTI FOOTWEAR SL, convinced that to ensure the success of its company dedicated to the design, sale and distribution of footwear and accessories, it is essential to implement an Integrated Management System, undertakes the commitment to establish and develop said System based on the Standards UNE-EN-ISO 9001, UNE-EN-ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001.
Therefore, the management supports and informs its employees and all interested parties of the following policy on quality, environment, energy management and prevention of occupational risks, in which XTI FOOTWEAR SL undertakes to:
- Work to ensure that the service, customer service, and product quality delivered to our customers consistently meet and/or exceed their expectations, using the lowest energy consumption and clean energy sources to reduce our carbon footprint.
- Implement the philosophy of Continuous Improvement, pollution prevention, energy efficiency, environmental protection, and employee protection , with the goal of offering increasingly satisfactory services to our customers. To this end, we will strive to develop a mindset of continuous improvement in our entire workforce, identifying not only faults and their causes but also identifying potential errors in a timely manner and eliminating them.
- Improve energy performance in both facilities and equipment, considering opportunities for improvement in the design and procurement of energy-efficient products and services, as well as advancing the use of energy from renewable sources.
- Eliminate hazards that may arise in the work environment and reduce risks to the safety and health of workers, creating safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related harm and/or deterioration of health.
– Identify and assess in advance the potential impacts on the environment and worker safety of all new activities, products, processes, and the hiring of personnel, works, or services, adopting the necessary preventive measures.
– Train and raise awareness among each employee of XTI FOOTWEAR SL, making them part of our quality, environment, energy management and risk prevention policy in all its activities, prioritising communication, information, consultation and participation with workers and, where applicable, their representatives in the matter , so that the responsibility for managing quality, the environment, energy efficiency and risk prevention falls to all members of the organisation at all levels.
– Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations on quality, the environment, energy efficiency, energy use and consumption, and occupational risk prevention, as well as other requirements to which the company voluntarily subscribes.
Management is aware that for the above guidelines to be successfully implemented in the company, it must provide staff with the necessary material and human resources.
– Define, review and update this Policy periodically and ensure compliance with it , as well as with the objectives and goals within the commitment to continuous improvement of our integrated system. To this end, the results of system performance analyses, corrective actions, as well as internal and external audits carried out within the framework of XTI FOOTWEAR SL 's integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN ISO 14001, UNE EN ISO 9001, UNE EN ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 Standards will be used as a central element.
