How to measure your foot

Measuring your foot properly helps you choose the right shoes. We often wear the same size for years, but is it really the right one? Here is how to check:

Put on the socks you usually wear.

Place your heel against the wall and stand on a blank sheet of paper.
Mark on the paper where your longest toe ends.
Measure with a ruler the distance between the wall and the toe mark.
Add 0.5 cm so the shoe is not too tight.
Do it on both feet. If they measure differently, use the larger one.
Check our size chart: if your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger one.

The best time to try on shoes is at the end of the day, when your feet are more swollen. That way they will not feel tight.
