RETURNS

RETURN PROCESS.

The company offers you a period of 15 calendar days from the reception date of your order to return your purchase without the need of alleging any reasons.

The returns are free when the amount of the order is over 39.90 €. Orders with a lower amount will have a cost of 3.95 €. (only in Spain and Portugal). Outside Spain and Portugal, will have a cost of €15. 
In the Balearic Islands will have a cost of €8.

It is not possible to make size or color changes. In this case you must return it and place a new order.

 

1. LOG IN

1. Log in at www.xtistore.com with your user data and go to the section “My orders” and select the order that contains the article to be returned.

2. Choose the return method you prefer: SEUR or in the address you provide, and follow the instructions shown in the screen.

 

2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE

  • Print the label generated at SEUR's website
  • Stick the new label in the package you wish to return.
  • Place the articles to return in its original packaging.

 

3. DELIVER THE PACKAGE

If you have selected a delivery point, bring the package to the selected SEUR point.

 

4. MONEY REIMBURSEMENT

5. Once we receive your return, we will arrange the reimbursement in a period of 3-4 days by the same way the payment was done.

6. If the order was shipped with cash on delivery conditions, we will contact you so that you can provide us a bank account number.

Bear in mind that it might take up to 10 working days since moment that you deliver the package to SEUR until you receive the reimbursement of your money.+
